  • Types of messages sent: customer care messages only. No marketing messages.
  • Opt-out: Reply STOP to any message to opt out of SMS communications at any time.
  • Help: Reply HELP for assistance, or contact Mercury Freight Systems LLC at 813-530-5555 or management@mercuryfreights.com.
  • Sender identification: All SMS messages sent under this program will identify the sender as Mercury Freight Systems LLC.

Opt-In — How Numbers Enter the SMS Program

Numbers are enrolled in the Mercury Freight SMS program only through an explicit verbal opt-in captured by Mercury Freight staff, where the full SMS disclosure is read to you before you consent. Mobile numbers collected through this website will only be used for phone calls, NO SMS. Submitting a phone number through the website or the FMCSA employment application PDF does not by itself enroll you in the SMS program.

Opt-Out — STOP

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Reply STOP to any message we send and you will be unsubscribed. After you reply STOP, you will receive a confirmation message and will not receive further SMS messages from us. If you want to re-join the program, opt-in again as described above.

Eligibility & Supported Carriers

The SMS program is intended for recipients located in the United States on participating mobile carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Mercury Freight is not responsible for any fees charged by your carrier for SMS or data use.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties for marketing purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
